Running is frequently an individual sport. Everyone derives something
different from the act of running. In turn, each individual has their
own personal running goals.

13.1 Unleashed is geared towards beginner runners looking to conquer their first half marathon as well as advanced runners looking to improve their speed/performance.
Workout Days/Times- Sat. @9:30AM, Tues. @6:30PM, and every other Thursday @ 6:30PM Program Amenities/Perks- $25 Fleet Feet gift card, technical training shirt, email newsletter supporting your training, Nike apparel/prizes, GU Energy products, team social events, and more! Target Event(s)-The Healdsburg Wine Country Half Marathon on Sat., Oct.30 OR The US Half Marathon on Sat., Nov.7! Price- $120 before 7/1, $130 between 7/1-8/20, $140 on or after 8/21.

There is no 'cost' to participate in any of the above programs, HOWEVER participants are asked to commit to raise a minimum of $100 per mile for a total of $1300 for the respective cause associated with each program.
